Brooklyn Bridge
Ms. Greco is Co-Managing Director of Howe-Lewis. She directs the firm's Health Services Division and is active in the firm's Not-For-Profit practice. Before joining Howe-Lewis, Ms. Greco was a Senior Associate at Korn/Ferry International in New York City in the health care practice. Ms. Greco has over twenty years of executive search experience.

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Ms. Greco was a Manager with Peat Marwick Mitchell. Her former experience also includes four years as a partner in a highly successful service business, and nearly three years of additional research and recruiting experience, beginning with Nordemann Grimm, a nationally recognized executive search firm.

Ms. Greco is a graduate of Fairfield University with a B.A. degree in English. She is a former Board member of the Visiting Nurse Association of Brooklyn and is currently a member of the Women's Auxiliary of Hackensack University Medical Center.


Ms. Rosenberg is Co-Managing Director of Howe-Lewis. She directs the firm's Not-for-Profit specialty practice and is an active member of the firm's Health Services team. Prior to joining Howe-Lewis, she spent five years with Korn/Ferry International, most recently as a Principal specializing in the not-for-profit community. She has conducted searches for local and national health, higher education, human services, advocacy, cultural, and community-based organizations.

Her earlier experience includes significant roles in not-for-profit management with the Statue of Liberty-Ellis Island Foundation, the Metropolitan Opera, and Case Western Reserve University.

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Ms. Rosenberg attended the American University of Paris and received both a B.A. and an M.A. in French from Case Western Reserve University. She is a member of the Visiting Committee of the Case Western Reserve University College of Arts and Sciences, a former Board member of At Home Health Services Agency, and is a member of the Advisory Board of the MCC Theatre Company.


Mr. McDonald is Director of Client Services for Howe-Lewis. He brings a broad range of experience from the not-for-profit community. Prior to joining Howe-Lewis in 1996, Mr. McDonald was Membership Services Coordinator with the New York Convention & Visitors Bureau.

Previously, Mr. McDonald spent five years with the New York State Hospitality & Tourism Association, a statewide trade association representing the lodging and attractions industries. While attending college, he worked for Leucadia National Corporation, a diversified financial services holding company, and the Alan Guttmacher Institute, a research affiliate of Planned Parenthood Federation of America.

Born and raised in New York City, he is an alumnus of Bernard M. Baruch College and is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and the Human Rights Campaign.


Ms. Altman has worked with Howe-Lewis International since 1995 as Director of Research. She brings a broad range of experience in both the healthcare and non-profit fields.

Ms. Altman served as Project Director for the Center for the Advancement of Health, a Washington, DC-based not-for-profit organization dedicated to translating health behavior research into effective healthcare policies and practices. She was Executive Assistant to the President at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, the world's oldest and largest voluntary reproductive healthcare organization, and also worked as a counselor at a women's health center and as a high school teacher. In addition, Ms. Altman was active with the Human Rights Campaign Fund and a founding member of Teach for America.

Originally from Boston, Ms. Altman received her Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies and Education from Brandeis University, and her Master of Public Health degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
